The ArdentApp is designed to give our clients an activity overview and offer our reps a chance to highlight their hard work. It’s a simple tool to use and ensures that the relationship between our clients and reps remains strong and productive.
Sales is hard work and it takes a lot of activity to get a product sold. ArdentApp helps keep track of all the activity being done for the client in just a couple of clicks without generating endless reports.

How It Works
- Your Ardent representative should have asked you for a targeted list of accounts.
- You can list all the accounts you are actively calling on and we only need the name of the company.
- We will never ask you for your contacts within those companies we understand this is your privileged information.
- This list will be ONLY visible to you in the ArdentApp.

Assigned Customers
You will see the targeted accounts you currently call on. Select One. If you do not see your customer hit “add new customer” at the bottom of the screen and we will add the customer to your list.
Assigned Clients
You will see the clients you are representing. Select One. If you do not see your Client hit “add new client” at the bottom of the screen and we will add the client to your list.


Action
What action are you taking with the customer today. Pick an action. Phone/Email or Visit. If you need an immediate answer to a question or help hit “sales support” at the bottom of the page and we’ll come running.
